The Rhythm Behind the Resonance
Long before I became an RYT-500 certified instructor and expert sound practitioner, my world was shaped entirely by rhythm, track transitions, and the physical energy of a room as a professional DJ. I traded the turntables for crystal singing bowls and yoga mats, but my core philosophy hasn’t changed: everything responds to frequency, and your vibe is your power. Free from rigid rules or perfect poses, my focus is on creating an open, high-vibrational space where every body can find its unique flow.
Making History
In 2019, I was honored to be the first yoga instructor permitted by the National Park Service to lead classes at the Lincoln Memorial, bringing transformative wellness to the world’s most inspiring spaces.
