The Rock n Flow Difference

Combining her background as a former radio DJ with her yoga and sound bath expertise, Kimberly curates rhythm-driven sessions where music and movement unite. Her signature teaching style is welcoming to all levels, inspiring students with thoughtfully crafted sequences that build confidence and connection.

In 2019, she made history as the first yoga instructor the National Park Service ever permitted to lead classes at the Lincoln Memorial, embodying her mission to make yoga accessible, transformative, and unforgettable.
