My Sonic & Somatic Approach
Combining the rhythm of a former radio DJ with the depth of a seasoned yoga teacher, I curate experiences where music and movement unite to make wellness a celebration. My all-levels approach is to build your internal confidence and external connection.
Making History
In 2019, I was honored to be the first yoga instructor permitted by the National Park Service to lead classes at the Lincoln Memorial, bringing transformative wellness to the world’s most inspiring spaces.
