Chakra Essentials & Sound Bath Energy Clearing Workshop
Explore the seven chakras, their colors, meaning, impact on your mental and physical well-being, and how to incorporate them into your practice. The class will end with guest instructor Kathy Hertz leading a Crystal Sound Bowls Chakra Clearing using sound frequencies to release your blockages and restore balance within your energy centers.
